The hotel has extremely comfy rooms with real nice amenities like cold AC units, comfy beds, big screen HD TV, and fast WiFi. However, the rooms had a stuffy, musty, smokey, mildew smell partially obscured by the giant screen, which wasn't great.
The hotel rooms are nicely set up and even have Disney paraphernalia around, but the lack of a free breakfast in this day and age was disappointing. The service was incredibly nice and helpful, even offering custom eggs if we didn't like the buffet options. The location was conveniently close to dining options and attractions, but unfortunately, there were construction noises early in the morning. The dining experience was good overall, with a cooperative staff but some issues with food availability at breakfast. Despite the cons, the price paid for the stay was not ideal.

The service was more helpful and less rude, but they forgot to clean the room and deliver fresh towels. The location is great for Disney, surrounded by beautiful gardens, but there are other hotels nearby with better service and free breakfast options. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but needs updating. There are still some ant problems, especially in the bathroom. The service was lacking, with unhelpful and hard-to-reach staff. The location is good but not outstanding. The dining experience was average. Facilities need improvement.
